Katie Matthews expressed the desire to bring a piece of home to Las Vegas, stating, “Togo’s was founded in 1971 in the Bay Area, where [Tom] and I are from. We had Togo’s since we were born; it’s what we grew up on. So when our family relocated to Las Vegas, we kept saying, ‘I could really go for Togo’s right now, and there aren’t so many here.’” This sentiment sparked the Matthews’ commitment to establishing three Togo’s locations in the region.

The first of these locations is set to launch soon, with plans for additional sites in the northern part of the valley, particularly in Centennial Hills, although specific locations have yet to be disclosed.
