Vietnam’s electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast has formed an official partnership with DHL, a logistics and transportation company based in Germany, to enhance its spare parts logistics across Europe. Announced on a recent Monday, the collaboration involves DHL managing all aspects related to spare parts for VinFast vehicles, from import procedures to distribution. Notably, in urgent circumstances, parts can be delivered within a remarkable 24-hour timeframe.

Le Thi Thu Trang, CEO of VinFast Europe, expressed pride in welcoming DHL into its esteemed network of partners, highlighting the partnership’s potential to overcome typical challenges faced by automotive manufacturers. She emphasized that through a comprehensive logistics solution, VinFast aims to refine its spare parts supply chain, ultimately enhancing customer service and experience.
