Moreover, earlier reports from Bloomberg indicated that SiCarrier is state-supported and collaborates closely with Huawei. The firm has notably made headlines this year for securing a patent enabling the fabrication of 5nm chips with DUV tools, a significant milestone related to Huawei’s technology in the Mate 60 Pro.
